Trade Account Benefits and Requirements
With our Trade Account you can make the most out of our Headache Free rental, with no-fuss vehicle collection, (Book, Sign & Go) and flexible delivery and collection options.
To be eligible for a trade account with us:
- The business must be operating for a minimum of two years
- You will need to provide trade account references
- A minimum Vehicle Hire spend of £350 per month (don’t worry if you won’t be hitting that mark, just give us a call on 01902 420204 to see if we can still help with other flexible account options)
Trade Account Information
If you’re ready to join the family download and complete our account form to get the ball rolling. Once completed send across the account form to corporate@tchire.co.uk. Be sure to attach the following documents to allow us to complete our due diligence checks:
- A utility bill in the company name
- Business letterhead showing registration details
- Supplier invoice demonstrating goods/services purchased annually
Credit Terms
After completion of due diligence and credit checks, successful applicants will be offered either 3-month probationary account Terms where there will be a limit on the credit amount and terms given, Once the probation period has passed your dedicated account manager will get in touch to discuss your business needs and discuss our full trade account advantages.
