On the day of your booking, please bring along your Documentation. See below for a detailed list of documents we accept:
UK Driving Licence
- Current Photo Card Driving Licence
- Current Paper Licence and Valid Passport
- Provisional Licence
- Photocopy of the licence or Passport
Non UK Driving Licence
- EU Licence and Valid Passport
- Overseas Licence Recorded in English and Valid Passport
- Overseas Licence Recorded in Native Language, International Drivers Permit and Valid Passport
- Photocopy of licence, international drivers permit or Passport
Proof of UK Address
Group 1
- Proof of Employment- Wage Slip, HMRC Letter if self Employed or Pension Letter
- Utility Bill - Gas, Water Electric, Satellite Television, Landline, Broadband, Mortgage statement from recognised lender
All Proofs must be dated within the last 3 Months
- Proof of address older than 3 months. Vehicle log Book or Tax Reminder
Proof of UK Address
Group 2
For House Wife or House Husband Only
(please note we are unable to supply vehicles to people who are currently unemployed)

- Current Account Bank Statement from recognised bank
- 2 x Utility Bill - Gas, Water Electric, Satellite Television, Landline, Broadband, Mortgage statement from recognised lender
All Proofs must be dated within the last 3 Months
- Proof of address older than 3 months. Vehicle log Book or Tax Reminder
- Statement from Monzo/ Cash Card account – Must be from recognised lender
Proof of UK Address
Group 3
If unable to provide Utility in own name and address only
- Proof of Employment- Wage Slip, HMRC Letter if self Employed or Pension Letter
- Current Account Bank Statement from recognised bank
- 2 x Proof of Address – Doctors letters, Letters from Hmrc, Mobile phone bill
- Utility bill – In family name or partners name, address matching your licence and proof of address
All Proofs must be dated within the last 3 Months
- Proof of address older than 3 months. Vehicle log Book or Tax Reminder
- Statement from Monzo/ Cash Card account – Must be from recognised lender
Non UK Resident Proof
- Proof of Home Address
- Passport
- Hotel Confirmation/ Proof of address if staying with family and friends
- Travel information Showing dates arriving and leaving the UK
All Proofs must be dated within the last 3 Months
- Photocopy of Passport
- Proof of address older than 3 months
On the day of your booking, please bring along your Documentation:
- Photo Card Driving Licence
- National Insurance Number / Licence Check Code (create code here)
- 2x Recent Utility Bills to confirm your name and address.
Additional drivers will also need to provide a Photo Card Driving Licence & National Insurance Number / Licence Check Code.
