If you book on-line you will be contacted by telephone. If you wish to cancel or amend your reservation you MUST call us at your earliest convenience on 01902 420204. Please note that there may be a charge for cancellations.
Payment
can be made via credit/debit card, cash or guaranteed cheque. If
you do wish to pay by means other than credit/debit card please
telephone us in advance on 01902 420204.
Insurance issuesUpon hiring ANY vehicle from Terminus Contract Hire you will be insured by comprehensive insurance unless you take the self-insured option for which a valid cover note or Insurance Certificate must be provided. All this will be checked and explained before the keys are handed over. As an additional bonus you will be covered by 24 hour breakdown cover which is included in the price. Standard
policy excess is £500 but can be reduced by the purchase of
extra protection.
Age of driver Reduced to 21 - 24 £250 The price
of the extra protection varies in relation to the type of vehicle
you wish to hire.
Vehicle type/class
/Price per day/ Price per week The rental agreement usually only covers the hirer. If, however you wish to include additional drivers, there will be a surcharge of £5.88 per additional driver subject to their producing a full current valid Drivers Licence. There is a limit of 2 additional drivers. Drivers wanting to take their vehicle may do so... Other/Additional chargesThere is an additional charge of £5 for drivers under the age of 25 and an additional charge of £5.88 per additional driver. Your vehicle will normally have a full tank of fuel upon collection and must be returned with the same. Those vehicles returned without the required amount of fuel will be subject to a charge of the cost of the additional required fuel. Returning your vehicleOnce you have finished with your vehicle please leave the vehicle in the car park and go to the reception desk in order to hand in the keys for the vehicle to be checked in. Once everything is checked back in OK then your deposit will be refunded. All vehicles must be returned with the same level of fual as when they leave unless otherwise stated. Usually your vehicle will be fully refuelled unless otherwise specified. Our standard daily mileage allowance is 150 miles per day. Other limits can be arranged for a minor additional cost. Your vehicle will be inspected upon its return. If any damage has been sustained to the vehicle you will be responsable for the insurance excess but if the damage is less than the excess then you are liable for the amount of damage as opposed to the full excess. Payment
can be made by Credit/Debit card, cash or guaranteed cheque. Payment
will be made upon receipt of the vehicle but may be made beforehand.
